Our website is open 24/7, allowing you to place orders anytime, day or night. All orders are shipped from Cambridge, New Zealand.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Urban Addresses: 1–3 working days
Rural Addresses: Additional delivery time may be required depending on location.
A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
All parcels are delivered by third-party courier companies. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. During periods of high courier demand, delivery delays may occur.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship within New Zealand only.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

🚚 FREE Delivery Within 30km of Our Cambridge Store
Enjoy FREE local delivery on orders of $100 or more within a 30km radius of our Cambridge store.
Available for eligible delivery addresses only. Minimum order value of $100 applies.
North Island Deliveries
FREE Shipping:
• Urban addresses: Orders over $200
• Rural addresses: Orders over $250
Orders Below $200:
• Urban: $10.99 flat rate
• Rural: $16.99 flat rate
South Island Deliveries
Additional shipping charges may apply for certain orders. We will contact you before dispatch if any extra fees are required.
• Urban (under 5kg): $12.99 flat rate
• Rural (under 5kg): $18.99 flat rate
❄️ Frozen Products
If your order contains frozen products, we strongly recommend selecting in-store pickup.
Frozen items can be shipped upon request; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any spoilage, thawing, or product quality issues that may occur during transit.
⚖️ Heavy or Bulky Orders
Orders exceeding 15kg or considered bulky may incur additional freight charges.
If extra shipping fees apply, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
