Delivery takes 2–3 days NZ-wide, and may take slightly longer for rural addresses.
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
All parcels are delivered by third-party courier companies.
Please note: during courier network overload, delivery delays may occur.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 (urban addresses only)
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250 (rural addresses)
Orders under $200:
Urban: $10.99 flat rate
Rural: $16.99 flat rate
South Island Deliveries
(We will contact you before dispatch if extra charges apply.)
Urban: Under 5kg $12.99 flat rate
Rural: Under 5kg: $18.99 flat rate
❄️ Frozen Products
If your order includes frozen items, we highly recommend collecting in-store. We can ship frozen items upon request, but we will not be liable for any spoilage during delivery.
⚖️ Heavy / Bulky Orders
Orders over 15kg or considered bulky may incur an additional fee. We will contact you before dispatch if extra charges apply.

Free in-store pickup is available for all customers.
