Ordering From Kabayan Asian Store
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Orders are placed by adding products to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process, which includes providing delivery and payment details.
You will receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Once accepted, the order cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to:

Decline orders we suspect to be for resale or placed fraudulently
If an item becomes unavailable or if an error occurs in pricing or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order even after acceptance. If this occurs, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Online prices may differ from in-store prices.
Delivery
We deliver only within New Zealand. Please refer to our Shipping page for detailed delivery charges.
If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, contact us within 7 business days via our contact form. We will file a claim with our courier partner and offer you either a replacement or a refund upon confirmation of failed delivery.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available at checkout.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and collection reference.
You’ll be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup at our store.
